Includes 2.5 hp Russel R-Series Air Cooled Condinsing Unit and Russel Low Profile Unit Cooler. Installed November, 2021. Unit is in good condition and is currently keeping a 200sf walk-in cooler at refrigeration temps. Buyer is responsible for removal of unit and patching of roof holes. Bring a qualified HVAC technician, necessary tools, and a means for removing the units. For roof patching, the buyer must coordinate with and hire our landlord's designated roofer due to roof warranty requirements.
